If you received your items and have an issue with sizing and wish to exchange, please contact us through our Email email@example.com
There is a No Refund Policy.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the order's delivery date stated on tracking information through www.usps.com. To look up the date simply input your tracking number and count 7 days from delivery date, Sundays do not count.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The merchandise must have original tags, not be worn, or altered, free of any stains, or washed.
You are required to return the merchandise in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of the boutique.
Please include your order number, name, and email so we can help you efficiently.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return or exchanged. Does not include weekends and holidays.
If it is an even exchange, we will ship your item free of charge. If a store credit code is issued you will be responsible for shipping charges again on the new items purchased.
In the event you do not find an exchange item, a store credit code will be issued in the amount paid, not including taxes, shipping or discount codes used to make the purchase. When using the store credit, items must be equal or greater then the credit code. Store credit must be used all at once. All sales are final when an exchange or Store Credit code is used.

**All ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR UNDER A PROMOTIAL DISCOUNT ARE "FINAL SALE" WITH NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS.
If your item is damaged please contact us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly send a replacement right away. Please note all items are inspected prior to shipping.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once it becomes available. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to become active, so you can track your package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
